I told you I would be back with a healthy snack to balance out my bbq lunch! I just had 4 ounces of nonfat greek yogurt mixed with half a tablespoon of raspberry preserves, along with a sliced apple. I just love to dip my apple slices into my yogurt…such a fulfilling snack, for about 157 calories. I’m now fueled up for my afternoon yoga class!
