Hellooo!
Hope y’all are enjoying your weekend. I know Molly and I sure are! Last night we went to my favorite restaurant here, Zazu, and it was nothing short of aaaamazing! We started with the best cheese plate that I’ve ever had:
There’s really no words to describe how delicious this was. I actually closed my eyes and moaned……two words: truffle honey.
I ordered some sort of chickpea creation for dinner that came with feta and a farm fresh egg on top:
So good!!! We washed it all down with some lovely Quivira vino.
There may or may not have been an impromptu dance party/sing along that lasted late into the evening.
This morning we hit up Willow Wood for some brunchie brunch in Graton. I had baked eggs with spinach and goat cheese with a side of bacon:
Plus like four cups of coffee. I’m feeling like a new woman now. Amazing what some coffee and bacon can do.
And we’re off to enjoy the day! See you laterrr

truffle honey?! I have 2 words for you….”I died”. Never heard of it…but I want it…Is it wrong to have food on my “bucket list”?
Oooh that cheese plate sounds good! I do enjoy a cheese plate from time to time…Never heard of truffle honey, but I love honey so it sounds good!
Yummm I live a good cheese plate! Are those marcona almonds? Looks like a fantastic dinner, not to mention brunch! Farm drag are so rich! I bet it made such a nice creamy contrast to the chick peas… Might have to try that out sometime!
What an “eggs-cellent” post. Oy, that was a clunker of a food pun if I ever did make one. Seriously though, it looks like you’re living it up (and eating it up) well with your pal. Enjoy it!
Truffle Honey??? What?! That sounds so yummy!
Truffel honey sounds yummy and that cheese platter made me drool
Egg’s I love them both ways. I love the idea of the chickpeas and feta with an egg on top. I think I will try that.
I thought you gave up meat for lent? Was that veggie bacon?
mmm that bacon looks amazing. I could never give up meat for 40 days…I understand!
Mmm that sounds like a great combo! I need to try that!
Oh my gosh, those eggs look INCREDIBLE! Can I somehow reach across oceans and through the computer screen to get them?!
Sounds delicious!
I have never heard of truffle honey but it seriously sounds amazing!!
Food looks awesome but loaded with FAT. What happened to your healthy eating lately?
Agreed about the coffee, minus the bacon!

I love eggs. Eat-them-almost-every-day love. And coffee? I must have coffee, especially on week days, because I’m just much happier when I have it.
Annd I’m totally insanely jealous of the cheese plate. LOVE me some good cheese!! And nothing is better with cheese than honey… or maybe wine
I am a CHEESE ADDICT!! Like, it’s ridiculous…I have so many kinds in my fridge now…mozzarella, cheddar, rice, dairy, goat’s, cream cheese, ricotta…laughing cow?
Good stuff.
Give me plate full of cheese and crackers and some vino and I’m GOOD TO GO
I love your photos by the way – they look really quaint or something…are you interested in taking pictures/photography as well? Or is that just “part of the blog” ?

The farm-fresh eggs are always so much better than the ones that have sitting around the store for a while. My university has a strong farming department, and the eggs that come from their henhouses … oh, yeah
Nom! Eggs with goat cheese & spinach??? That is probably my fav brunch fare ever!
YUUUM – chickpeas…
Hahahaha, amazing post, Jenna!
Beautiful pics, as always
Have a great week!
