Bears In My Oats

(Kath would approve!)

I can’t believe I’m going home tomorrow! The last time I was in Tampa was on September 25th, 2009 when I said goodbye to my parents and boarded my one way flight to the West coast.

Crazy! I actually feel like I’ve been gone for years—so much has changed and it’s just been such a whirlwind of a 4 1/2 months. Actually, this has been the longest time that I’ve EVER been away from home for! I can’t wait to see my puppy….and sleep in my BED!
Anyways, today for breakfast I had overnight oats + 2 πŸ˜‰

Anyone else obsessed with the red Haribo gummi bears?! In a moment of weakness I bought a big bag yesterday at CVS and have been munching on them ever since….
I also had an orange ’cause I’m out of bananas!

And some fruity black tea with agave.
Bout to head to a yoga class then come back to write and pack…then BACK to the yoga studio to work at the front desk.
Have a great day!

Oh man, Haribo gummi bears are my downfall. I hate it when they put the little snack bags near the register…I can’t resist. I love putting them in with ice cream because they harden up and take longer to eat!

You seem to do morning yoga pretty frequently, so I was wondering: how early do you get up? Around what time is this morning yoga? I’ve tried getting up earlier to make it to yoga – it doesn’t happen πŸ™ Love the blog! You definitely inspire me on my journey to being more conscious about my health (and sometimes my fiancΓ©, when I show him a particularly interesting one!).

Can you buy just the red bears? Or do you pick them out? Because I snap at my husband for picking out the good stuff. You should see him with the M&M trail mix. I get peanuts. That’s all. Peanuts.
