Anne beat me to it. Is there an error in listing only 1 egg in the ingredients, since the directions say to add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one? Can’t wait to make these!!

Yum! I DO need a cookie! I can’t wait to try it =) Thanks!
This IS a great flavor combination. Between drooling over the pictures and reading the recipe, I was deciding when to make a run to the store to stock up one last time on fresh cherries and make these cookies, but then I realized the recipe uses dried cherries. Would fresh cherries, maybe chopped up to pieces, be any good in cookies do you think?
AAAH – those look AMAZING. MUST MAKE. A coffee shop in my home town sells dark chocolate cherry cookies – chocolate cookies with chocolate chips and cherries – they are vegan and OH SO GOOEY. I can’t wait to try this recipe!
While I’m sure there are recipes out there that use fresh, these kinda depend on the dried cherries for consistency and texture. You could do an experiment with fresh but since I haven’t done it myself, I can’t tell you how it would turn out!
I’ve tried fresh cranberries in a recipe before – not so good π Dried were way better – but cranberries are tart, so not sure what cherries would be like ?
I’m not a fan of cherries (I oddly like the taste of them or cherry flavored things, but not cherries themselves) but these look SO good that I would have to try them.
Why of course I need a cookie! Cherries and chocolate just go together and in a cookie, awesome! Tart and sweet and you can totally feel healthy about it considering it has fruit in it.
I always need a cookie especially cookies with chocolate and cherries. I had a protein shake with choc and cherries this morning so I think’s it’s only right to eat it in cookie form too;)
These look absolutely freaking blow my mind delicious!! And, just when I wanted to tweak my choco chip recipe, great timing! Thank you for this lovely recipe!
how did you know I am the worlds biggest cookie monster! I love how the chocolate is all melty still fresh from the oven. YUM!
