Those steamed eggs just took me back to my favorite job ever!! I used to be a barista at this super funky cafe when I was 16-21. Long before Starbucks and friends took over the coffee world. We used to have a menu item for Sunday brunch called "eggspresso". It was a steamed egg omelete made on the espresso machine...and I was the freaking Queen of making those things just perfect! hehe. Thanks for the memories!!! OMG! Those steamed eggs just took me back to my favorite job ever!! I used to be a barista at this super funky cafe when I was 16-21.
