Climbing Over The Hump

Good morning!

I had such a weird night last night. It took me foreverrrr to fall asleep and then once I did I had strange dreams about running. I actually FELT like I was running in my dream and when I woke up, I felt exhausted. How weird is that?

Anyways, more oats in a jar this morning and they were overflowing!!

The raspberries didn’t fit so I ate them on the side and then when the oatmeal level was a tad lower, I smooshed it all together! 🙂

I used 1/2 cup oats, water and banana…..LOVING this Blue Diamond almond butter and the fact that it’s only $3.99!

***

YAY for yoga wednesday and my favorite power class at noon! This class seriously gets me through the midweek hump.

***

Been gchatting with Caitlin for an HOUR now! Gotta love deep heart to hearts over the computer. We are both going to the POM Harvest Tour next month in Fresno and are so excited to pick pomegranates! 🙂

Must finish writing this article and pull my life together!
