Hello hello
Gosh darnit, every time I tell myself I’ll just “take it easy” and do a Dave Farmar power vinyasa podcast at home, it always ends up totally kicking my booty. Thanks for that, Dave! This morning I did his latest—a 60 minute flow. Threw some of my favorite sequence—warrior three to floating half moon to revolved half moon to dancer—in there as well so I guess it’s mainly my fault that my behind is so sore right now.
After yoga, I slammed down some greeeeens!
And had a few crackers with the most amazing cheese product ever!
A big thank you to Alouette for sending me some samples for the blog. This stuff rocks and we all know how much Jenna loves her brie
Lunch was random as usual but delicious nonetheless
A morningstar farms black bean burger on an Arnold sandwich thin with provolone, hummus and hot sauce….and a big mound of baby carrots with peanut butter. Hey, it works!
Gotta get back to work here and then heading to the studio from 4-8 again. Hope you have a marvelous Thursday!

I love morningstar farms black bean burgers with jalapeno hummus and cheese on top. perfect blend of spicy and creamy!
Jenna – loved your health.com article – really looking forward to gettin’ some great healthy recipe ideas from you ever couple weeks!!
Your recipe ideas are always superb
Yeah, Dave is good. I think he talks too much though! I like Wade Zinter a lot, and Eoin Finn.
Enjoy your Thursday!
Black bean burger looks delish! I need to find this Dave and give him a go!
Mmm brie. I love a nice baked brie topped with brown sugar and honey, smeared on crunchy crackers!
Yum! That brie looks good. Just curious- which brie do you prefer- the kind you ate today or the little round ones you’ve been eating? I would like to give one of the products a try!
Mmmm, brie!!!!! I love spreadable cheeses. Love them a little too much, actually.
LOVE the cheese! Speaking of Alouette, I’m giving away a $150 cheese party pack on my blog today through Sunday! You really should check it out… nothing like 9 coupons for free cheese and a cheese tray!
Yum! Doesn’t look weird to me! I am a big fan of the Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burgers – crumbled in salads, cut up in wraps, or in sandwiches like you! They are marvelous with hummus and hot sauce, no doubt!!
I pretty much love all of Morningstar Farms burgers. They are a perfect replacement. Cheese is a food group in my book, and Aloutte is definitely on the top of the list! Check out my latest blog, you are featured today!

mmmm…I love dave farmar. It took me a while to dig his style but now, I really love it. He really challenges me both mentally and physically so once i leave the mat, I feel so refreshed and new again. Love him!
Jeez, you must be incredibly flexible and strong with all this yoga going on, go you!
creme de brie?!? that sounds fantastic.
have a great afternoon!
Hi Jenna! I work from 4-8pm at a pilates studio! What is your eating schedule? I either spoil my dinner at work or am
Starving when I leave!!! Advice??

I need to try the podcasts. I keep reading about them and have been anxious to try!
Your obsession with hot sauce seems to be contagious- I’ve been putting it on everything too!
I love black bean burgers. I’ve done some radio interviews but not a podcast. I think it’d be fun.
Hi Jenna! Does Dave Farmar explain what the poses are (in case some of us newbies aren’t familiar with them)? Just curious – I really want to try one of his podcasts but don’t want to be totally lost!
Free samples … lucky girl!!!
I need to find some good yoga podcasts or flows on the internet because I can’t afford the studio all the time. But I did try Hot Yoga yesterday after reading about it on yours, and Kath’s, and Heather’s blogs. We don’t have it at home so I found a local studio while traveling.
I have I feeling Dave Farmar may still be a little too advancde for me, but I’ll get there! I have a hard time getting into yoga when I’m at home, I need the classroom environment to keep me interested.
I am new to this blogging thing, but I am enjoying reading your blog and getting different food ideas! I also love that you talk about your faith. Thanks for the inspiration!
Sarah
have fun at the studio tonight!
jenna
I just had a sandwich on an arnold’s sandwich thin and carrots too!!
I HAVE to catch up on those podcasts. I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t had a chance to do any recently, but I totally miss the wonder workout I get from his practices!
We eat very much alike =) I can’t get enough of black bean burgers and carrots w/ PB lately!!! Odd.. haha. Anyhow, just finished reading Eat, Pray, Love on Sunday and loooooved it! It can be a bit offensive for Christians, but she addresses that at the beginning of the book. Anyhow, hope you are having a great day!

hey Jenna,
I have a research conference coming up soon and have an abstract brewing on my blog but would love your input as well as anyone interested on how to make it better. If you or anyone who is interested in women and nutrition (everyone) don’t mind just stopping by my blog to give your opinion it would be greatly appreciated!
I also had a green juice today – Kale, lemon and carrots.
and I also love Brie (sadly I’m lactose intolerant). Carrots and PB?! I’ll definitly try this one.
Mmm…I love brie!! There’s just somethin’ about it…
Have a great night!

What all do you put into your little shake? I’m hoping to get a blender or magic bullet soon so I can start making some of my own!
maria,
that shake JUST has amazing grass berry superfood in it and ice water! an acquired taste but sooooo good for you!
I just started reading your blog & I love it!! I just bought some of the arnold sandwich thins today and I Can’t wait to try them out tomorrow!
I’ve been reading your blog for a couple months now (love it) and I thought I’d comment to say that my Step Dad works for the company that makes Alouette! Though I don’t like cheese, they’re spreads aren’t too bad, enjoy!
I love love love the Spicy Black Bean burgers. They are divine!
I call Dave Farmar the yoga genius. I moved from Tucson to East Texas for a job, and you can imagine my lack of grocery and exercise resources in a small rural town compared to the yoga and organic food loving environment of Tucson, AZ.
Needless to say, Dave gets me through me week! He’s amazing.
And I’ve decided that peanut butter in any capacity deserves a thumbs up.
