Don’t Mess With My Belly

Hi friends!

Where has the day gone?! Erin is picking me up in a little over an hour to go to the wedding and I haven’t even started to get ready yet! Currently, I’m chugging water like a madman because I think I’m a little dehydrated. Even though I drank water during my run this morning I don’t think I drank enough afterwards and as a consequence I have an awful headache now.

This morning I was a smart girl and had a snack before my hair appointment because I KNEW my hair would take forever (I have really thick, thick hair) and I would be starving. Here’s a hard boiled egg + a juicy peach for ya!

It ended up being a smart move because I was sitting in that chair at the salon until 1:00!! I was so hungry I was feeling faint and made a beeline to my parent’s house where I downed the quickest thing I saw: an Amy’s California veggie burger with Sabra’s hummus on an Arnold sandwich thin with blueberries.

Okay, so it wasn’t the most interesting lunch but anything goes when I am starving and need to eat asap!!

I ran errands with my mom and now I’m about to eat a big snack (dinner probably won’t be until 9:30 tonight!) and get ready to go. Even though I’ve never met either the bride OR groom (lol they are Ryan’s friends from high school), I’m still psyched because I LOVE weddings and I LOVE dressing up!!!!!

Probably won’t be blogging again till tomorrow because I have a feeling we won’t be back until late, late. Do check back in the morning though for a full recap!

Summer weddings are the best! I love weddings and I always tear up, it’s kind of funny, doesn’t matter if I know the couple! Love, love, love the pink pumps! Have a fun night!

My shins are doing really good! Heels dont really bother them…its flip flops that do because theres just no support for my arch in my rainbows, unfortunately!

I get headaches after working out pretty often.. and you can always tell when it’s because you’re dehydrated. It really is the worst feeling in the world!

I hate when that happens… dehydration headaches that is.

LOVE the shoes. I always can’t find a heel
that fits right though, either it is too tight or slides when I walk. bummer.

Okay, I have a question, I have two pairs of Jessica Simpson shoes and they are bot SOOOOO uncomfortable that I hardly ever wear them. I wear stilettos pretty much every day, even weekends, because I just love shoes but I have had no luck with that brand. Did I just pick out the two worst pair or are they all really uncomfortable?

This is my only pair of JS shoes but I was shocked when I got them because they actually ARE really comfortable! However, my friend cant even wear hers because they pinch her feet too much. I have a pretty narrow foot so thats why they work for me I guess!

What everyone else has said about the shoes? Yeah…that I am always afraid to venture outside the “normal” shoe colors (what do I wear with it??) but I might have to look for some hot pink pumps.

I want to bake those blueberry muffins you made but in the recipe you wrote baking soda and in the directions you say baking powder. Which one is it? soda or powder?

I always prepare for a LONNGGGG hair coloring whenever I go in. For whatever reason, they seem to usually take a lot longer than I’d expect.

2) those shoes are the perfect companion
3) I love weddings too. No one I know is getting married for 9 months. I think I may need to become a wedding crasher a la owen wilson and vince vaughn. But for different reasons (dressing up and eating cake rather than hooking up with bridesmaids).

Jenna, check out the above link. I think your headache could be the result of rapid rehydration and not dehydration. Something to be aware of!
