Easy Saturday Night

Well, I got off work much earlier than planned tonight because the restaurant wasn’t as busy as everyone thought it would be. Fine with me though because I am working all day tomorrow answering the phones and taking Christmas Eve reservations! My lunch post will be late because of that, but will probably be up around 4:30 or 5:00. I’m packing a lunch to take to work and I’m not quite sure what will be in it yet but I’m thinking it will involve tuna salad because that’s all I really have in my kitchen right now!

Because I ate such an early dinner tonight I was starving at around 7:00. I ate an Erin Baker’s Mini Breakfast Cookie (whole grain and 100 calories–not a bad snack!) and then when I got home I made a cup of hot cocoa with 1 cup skim milk, 1 tsp organic cocoa powder and 1 tsp cane sugar. I topped it with about 5 mini marshmellows 🙂

I plan to wake up early tomorrow and get a good run in before I have to be at work at 10:00. I already made my steel cut oats though so I’m all set! Have a good night, all!
