Yikes, you caught me! I know I should, but I rarely check sodium levels. I just buy what looks good! Bad Jenna. I honestly have never been too concerned with it though....it&#039;s not as if you eat a canned soup twice a day, every day. In moderation, it&#039;s fine. There&#039;s just so much nutrition stuff to be &quot;worried&quot; about daily, it gets hard to keep yourself caught up with it all!
And about Grass Roots, I CANT FIND ANY INFO ON IT! I really really really hope its not closed for good.....if you get any news on it, let me know!

Usually I use Designer Whey Chocolate in my oats!

Ewww I tried to add it while the oats were cooking one time and it turned out nasty like bad scrambled eggs. I add it right before I add the peanut butter, after I cook it. It all comes together that way.</description>
