We are moving slow. Currently, we are both laying in bed, drinking tea and listening to cheesy country songs. For breakfast, I had a toasted ezekiel muffin with almond butter, raspberry jam and a grapefruit:

Plans for the day include a trip to the coast, redwood forest, Target shopping spree and lots of coffee.

    Every morning when I look at my cats I wish I could be more like them. They never have a damn hair out of place. No bed head for them, always the same, morning noon and night!

    i adore that book. i’ve never been to Paris, but it just takes me there every time i read it! i’m always sitting in a cafe with espresso and a fabulous scarf (yes, I’m weird)!

    I wish this was my weekend plan: “Trip to the coast, redwood forest, Target shopping spree and lots of coffee”! *le sigh*

    Instead I’ve have to make due with a longwalk in the arboretum, a trip to the health food store and some green tea.

    A friend is coming down to Carmel for dinner. She has a place in Paris too in the 7th.     I have heard the redwoods are unbelievable and that you havent lived until you have seen both those and the sequoia national forest (is that the name??) I heard it is so spiritual b/c it is so beautiful 🙂

    Cute cute kitty pic 🙂 I have always loved black cats. My co-worker has a black Hemingway and I always get a kick out of his little paws. They look like boxing gloves!!
