Wow, those rolls look amazing!
Jenna, how is hazelnut butter? You've obviously had pb and ab - how does it compare? Hazelnuts are probably my favorite nut so I'm intrigued... :)

Jenna,
wow...I NEED the recipe for those rolls. What a pretty color! I'm planning on doing a bread post soon, but today I bought a big glass jar of yeast and the bag broke and the yeast fell all over the supermarket floor! So Sad! I'll have to go back another time and get some more....

Angela,

Well a KitchenAid with a dough hook attachment certainly helps! ;) But you can totally use your hands, which is what I've been doing to knead the dough for years. Don't add too much flour, even though dough might be sticky. Just dust the flour on your workspace. And use a scale not measuring cups!! Its worth it to you to be one for $40 from Williams Sonoma if you are serious about getting into bread baking.

Jenna! Those rolls turned out awesome. Look at those walnut chunks. Yay - go glad as I know you were disappointed in that last batch of bread. Have a happy Wednesday.

I don't blame you for being exhausted - learning about a new company and taking on a new job are times of transition and they can tire you out! You've had alot of that this year!
