Reliving Paris

All day all I’ve wanted is pizza!!

I was trying to stay strong because Ryan is coming this weekend and we decided to go out for pizza for our anniversary on Saturday night (so us), but I just couldn’t wait ;). So, I popped one of my Amy’s Cheeseless Pizzas into the oven! This pizza is so good. I think it might even convert the most die hard cheese lover (eer me). I got the mini ones in the past but they are just too darn small for me, so last time I was at the store I picked up a normal sized one. I had half the pizza tonight and I’m packing the other half tomorrow for my lunch so it works out perfect. I also made a HUGE salad with kalamata olives, red onion, radishes and carrots in it with Woodstock dressing. Mmm!

Today at work that salmon pita really filled me up like I predicted! I didn’t even eat all my cereal snack. I didn’t need to snack at all but I was bored (haha). I also had a cup of tea and a chocolate truffle as well….

So I can’t believe its already almost the end of June! It’s hard to believe that a year ago I was getting ready to leave for France for 6 weeks. Where has the time gone??! Here are some photos for your viewing pleasure 🙂

That last photo reminds me of a time in middle school when I thought chocolate flavored DARK lipstick was the cat’s meow.

I’ve GOT to try that pizza. Or maybe make my own? I’ve got a killer 100% whole wheat crust recipe that’s actually pizza dough-esque….

    Have a great night!

It’s so weird last year my boyfriend and I were in Paris July 7- 20 and then I enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu right after that~ I can’t believe how similar our lives were a year ago….oh and your externship sounds sooo fun~ I just got one training under a pastry chef in a top restaurant in San Francisco! I’m sure you’ll get it…best of Luck!

too cute jenna! I love pics!! your food looks great as usual. I have a weird question…Jenna do you or anyone else ever go through phases where you can’t stomach certain foods or cringe when you eat them? for instance…I made grouper tonight and tried to eat it but it made me want to gag, so I made a veggie burger instead. this has happened to me many times before with certain foods (I think bc texture) like shrimp, chicken turkey and certain kinds of fish (all meat) but the feelings eventually pass after a couple of months or so. I’m wondering if it is bc I’ve been eating little meat lately but I have no idea…I’m weird! haha

    Jenna,

We share two loves- one for Amy’s pizza and one for Paris! Hehe. I went to Paris while backpacking with my childhood best friend years ago, and then went back again last year with my boyfriend. My parents have never been and are thinking about going for their 30th wedding anniversary next year. How cute is that?

If you haven’t tried the Amy’s Margherita you should give it a go. It is my fave. (Although are you only eating soy cheese now?)

And I agree with everyone else you are totally gorgeous. I’m jealous! 🙂

So this cheeseless pizza- does it still have a tomato sauce?

Thanks guys for all the sweet comments!!!!! I miss my long hair and now am trying to grow it out but its at that horrible in-between state and is driving me crazy……Lexi, I used to want to be a model SO BAD and did a few kid things like ten years ago but now I think that if I tried they would tell me I’m not tall enough and I need to lose 10 pounds. Um no. Its funny because my mom works for Barbizon (that modeling school!). Heather—the pizza doesn’t have a typical tomato sauce…its more like a roasted vegetable sauce. It’s so good though and better than any tomato sauce I’ve ever had!
