Breakfast

Sun > Work

Morning!

I hope everyone is doing well this morning. I’ve got a lot of work to get done today and probably will be camped out in the coffee shop for most of the day. However, there’s always a chance I’ll be in my bathing suit in the backyard since the weather is going to be sunny and in the 70’s. 😉

Had an old friend for breakfast!

IMG_4941
Basic banana oats made with a half cup of milk, half cup water, a banana and peanut butter. Washed it down with some teavana cranberry black tea.
I’m responding to some emails right now but am about to head out for a 2 mile run + some lunges and push-ups. There’s this totally random really big hill in my neighborhood that I’ve always been scared to run up but today is the day! Its a little late to do hill training when my race is…on Saturday, but what the heck. I do what I can.
I hope the sun is shining wherever you are! 🙂

We have been blessed with a healthy smattering of sunshine today for the first time since last week. I intend on savoring as much of it as possible while enjoying a stroll through Central Park later.

Best of luck on that hill! Just be careful, I’ve learned from experience that sudden hills can cause sudden muscle pulls if you go too fast, too soon.

    Enjoy the sunshine lady!

      eatmovelove,

my favorite nut butter is ALMOND butter! Preferably whole foods crunchy. 🙂 And, yes, I have coconut butter and love it as well. I like it on toast with raspberry jam.
