The Big Reveal

Happy Friday!

Just as suspected, my abs are so sore from yesterday’s ab smackdown that I’m having a hard time breathing. I swear…it’s those eagle legged crunches that get me every time! To do eagle legged crunches, wrap one leg over the other (as you would in eagle pose) and then lace one hand under, one hand over for the eagle armed bind. Then, crunch everything together and extend out. Speaking of abs, anyone remember this little video that I made a year and a half ago??! hahahah Don’t laugh!!

I love waking up to a near empty almond butter jar on a Friday!

I made my egg white oatmeal using 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 2 egg whites, a banana and a squirt of agave. The secret to egg white oatmeal is low heat and stirring constantly so you don’t get any cooked egg whites swimming around in your oats!!

Also drinking some Sencha Orange Blossom tea! Remember, ELR readers now receive 10% off on their tea orders by entering the code “eatliverun” at checkout. 🙂

***

I thought for a second it wouldn’t rain today but now the sky is getting darker and darker as I type…no rain yet, just black skies. Again.

I’m off to a 9 am yoga class! So excited because I have a hot date for Indian food tonight in the ci-tay!! Y’all have been wanting to know who my date is?! Check her out! 😉 Woop woop!

I can’t believe you’re back at yoga already while so sore! I hear it’s good even if you’re sore to do yoga the next day as well. I’m not sure why! The second day is always worse for me anyways, so I guess it wouldn’t be too bad. Enjoy your date with BethT!! 🙂
