I bought some of that from Costco the last time we were there but we didn't finish the whole thing so we scraped it out of the container, put it in a big ziploc and added lime juice but it turned completely brown by the next morning. We have the executive membership since we shop a LOT at Costco. They have a 2% money back on this membership and since we end up spending something like 4000+ per year, the membership basically pays for itself :) So glad you got the membership.
