Third Times a Charm

Please don’t judge me….

But I’ve eaten pizza three times this week. That’s a lot of cheese, a lot of sauce…a lot of gluten. And I liked it. Every bite. I’m not sure of a lot, but I know one thing to be true….and that is pizza should be consumed on a daily basis for optimal wellbeing.
My soul is at ease.
I think, though, even better than the pizza tonight were the beets and scallops.

Since I moved from Healdsburg, we don’t nearly eat at Diavola enough. It needs to make a comeback. There’s pork belly and goat cheese on the line.
I’ve been running from one place to another ALL DAY LONG. I need to sleep.

    I think pizza 3x/week is a completely perfect diet. If that’s a pile of goat cheese on that salad, I’m drooling.

    ‘My soul is at ease’ – LOL 😀 If pizza makes you happy, keep on eating in it – life is too short not to enjoy your food! I eat parsnips every single day at least once cos I love them 😀

    I have pizza 3x/week regularly…or pasta combo.
    Your right – it’s good for the soul…and the tastebuds.
    And I agree the cheese on the salad…oh my…

    Do you ever bake your own pizza now – from your Chef creations back in the day? Do you enjoy baking/cooking or prefer a variety?

    pizza … i could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner each and every day. You know, here (Italy) there’s also a “slimming diet”, which is called “dieta della pizza”, you get to eat pizza every night (I can’t imagine how this should help losing weight, but for sure it is good for the soul 😉 )

    Pretty sure it applies to pizza too…. 😉 And also ’cause I like to enable myself to eat pizza 3x a week too!

    pizza 3 times a week should be a bare minimum 🙂 we have pizza every friday night just to have something to look forward to 🙂

    Do nottt apologize! I’ve been on such a pizza kick all summer! And in the form of fancy restaurant style to frozen Amy’s! It’s just sooooooo comforting and delicious. Plus, it’s only made with the best of ingredients, so what’s not to love? 😉

    I could eat pizza many times through the week as well. In fact, I am having some tonight for dinner and we just had some this past Monday as well. It really is good for the soul. 😀
