Good morning!
I’m sad this is my last day of “vacation” but glad because I remembered I am coming back on Friday to go to a wedding with Ryan next weekend! And I can’t even begin to believe that tomorrow is December 1st. Where did this time go? Where did this YEAR go??!!! I’m ready to begin an official countdown—20 days right now until I move home
This morning I began my day with oats of course—
The combo consisted of 1/2 cup oats with half silk and half water with half a banana, a half scoop chocolate protein powder and a tbsp of chocolate peanut butter. Last night at Greenwise, Ryan bought me some organic coffee beans (which I ground there) so I could make coffee in the little coffee maker I keep her, so I had some of that too.
Ryan is still fast asleep and I’m going to hit the gym for cardio in a little while here. Unfortunately I have to head back to Vero Beach right after lunch today, but it was such a great little break and I’m so thankful that I got to come home for Thanksgiving after all! I am now ready to conquer the last 20 days of my exernship!

hey girl! Woohoo for countdowns! Enjoy your Sunday. Do you guys have a church at home? That is so hard when you have a church you love (like the one in Vero) and then have to move, although moving back home to R and fam is sooo awesome!
Did I ever give you my yoga website? Sorta fun and you can get a look at my sweeties. (remember we are old farts who have been married 15 years
You’ll have to go to the “about Polly” page to see them. XOXO

Hi Jenna and happy Sunday!
I did want to ask, what are your plans once your externship is over? I recall you were saying you wanted to WRITE and I was wondering if you are going to work for a magazine once you are back home..
Moran,
Well, I’m working on writing a book right now …but that really won’t pay the bills (yet!) so I am actively looking for a job. Nothing yet!
Polly,
I don’t have a church here yet—I’ve never actually LIVED here so I haven’t been able to go church shopping yet. But…I have some ideas and can’t wait until I move back to find one! I will look at the website now!!
Enjoy your Sunday and those delicious looking oats. I think I’ll go have a bowl right now.
I can’t believe tomorrow is December either!!! I feel like this year went by so fast!
Oh goodness, I know – this year in particular seems to have DEFINITELY occurred in the blink of an eye. Scary!!
Mmm, look at those oats – lusciousness.
Enjoy your last day of “vacation”!!

Have a safe trip back! Lovely oats!
Wow! Time really does fly, I can’t believe you only have 20 days left!
You’re right, where DID the year go?! Have a safe trip home!!
Jenna, love your blog!!! Drive safe on the way back. Can you please remind me/us how to microwave an egg? Thanks so much. I hope you are enjoying Beth Moore as much as I am!
Wow, can’t believe your externship is almost over!
Wow only 20 days left!
I remember when it seems like ages away! Time sure flys.
I have been asking myself where the year went too….it flew by with starting a full time job, finishing my Master’s degree, and getting married!
When do you expect to be done the first draft of your book?

Yay, only 20 days left for me too (until I graduate college and move home). I’m SO excited and I know just how you feel!
Angela,
I’m hoping by my birthday in June. Its a cookbook and I expect the whole recipe testing process to take about 6 months. The hardest part is finding an agent, and that’s what I’m trying to do right now. Hopefully once move home and can spend more time on it it will all come together!
I’m starting my Christmas countdown today. Don’t you love seeing the number of days dwindle down?
It is amazing how time flies, huh?
book writing sounds amazing – good luck!
You are a great writer, and I think a number of companies would be lucky to have you. Keep truckin! I’d love to read your column in a magazine one day.
