Breakfast

Adventure Time

Hey y’all!

Weather is getting really bad here and a huge storm is heading our way, so we are trying to get out as soon as possible. Never fear, we will NOT be taking my little civic up to Tahoe this weekend….a truck is always much better option. And I will not be driving…which is probably for the best seeing I just had my first experience driving with frost on my windshield two months ago. No big deal.

I’ve been pretty busy this morning, trying to get some writing done before the weekend officially begins. I’m up to my ears in editing the first section of the book right now. Can’t wait for the final product! I ate a bowl of ezekiel cereal with banana for breakfast:

And then snacked on a few dried apricots and almonds for a snack (plus a cappuccino!):

Unfortunately I have stepped down from the Healthy Living Summit committee and won’t be in attendance this year. This has absolutely nothing to do with the girls (they are some of my best friends!) or the Summit itself, but for reasons I can’t express right now. Don’t worry, I’ll fill everyone in soon….! It’s exciting stuff, I assure you. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Camera is charged and ready to go…..time for an adventure!

Especially good along side coffee ๐Ÿ™ Only another month or so until Lent is over and I can enjoy, although I have to say, after a week of not drinking caffeinated beverages (including tea!)
