I’m cooking this week from Dana Jacobi’s 12 Best Foods Cookbook. I just bought this last weekend and am in love with it already. The recipes look fresh, easy and delicious! I will post the recipes when I actually make the dinners but here’s a peak at what’s to come….

Salmon with Baked Sweet Potato and Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

Greek White Bean Soup with Scottish Oatmeal Scones

Whole Wheat Linguine with Arugula and Edamame

Lemon Scented Quinoa Salad with Chickpeas

…..and leftovers.

that’s it for now, I might come up with more ideas during the week but that’s what I have planned so far.
