Oh hey! I’m still eating breakfast over here, what about you?
I know lately the blog has been a little, er, breakfast heavy but bear with me! I love it so.
And these pancakes are special. I mean really special. Why? Because they taste just like my very favorite dessert—old fashioned gingerbread!
Made with whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt and an array of fall-ish spice, these pancakes make the perfect hearty weekend breakfast.
Or weekday lunch. <—me yesterday.
Make ’em this weekend! You won’t regret it. I’ll be dreaming of these puppies while I’m pitchin’ a tent and surviving off of trail mix all weekend. So….eat some for me, okay??
