Lots of real butter and maple syrup…but sometimes whipped cream!!

I am such a weirdo. I make four small pancakes and put one topping on each of them: strawberry jam (or pumpkin butter), honey, syrup and peanut and honey. What can I say, variety is the spice of life!

Seriously, the weather has been ridiculous! It’s been unbelievably cold and windy! Pancakes seem like the perfect food for it.

-strawberries and cheesecake filling (a very rare treat, first discovered at IHOP)
