Happy Friday!
Thank you all so much for your comments last night. I seriously don’t know where I’d be without y’all! I slept really really hard last night and woke up feeling a lot better today.
Breakfast:
yogurt with pom seeds, half an ezekiel muffin with jam and almond butter and a banana. A nice change!

I’m headed to a 9 a.m. Bikram class this morning then back here to do a rather deep clean of my house because my mom is coming the day after tomorrow!

December 18, 2009 at 7:52 amhow exciting for your mom to come! I always try to do a big clean before any guests come – somehow cleaning doesn’t seem so bad when it’s for such a good reason 🙂

December 18, 2009 at 8:52 amThank you for being so open and sharing your heart last night. Sometimes we read your posts and we all think life is perfect you in Cali, but you are truly healing from a difficult year, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be to be away from your family. I know you’ll have a great time when they come to visit. I wish you all the best and I am praying for you and your family daily! Have a great day Jenna. 🙂

December 18, 2009 at 9:14 amYay for mom coming!! My mom lives far away, too, and I ususally only see her once every year or so. But this year she came up for Thanksgiving and since my brother is getting married on January 2nd I’ll see her then. We arrive on New Years Eve so that’s technically twice this year! 🙂

December 18, 2009 at 9:31 amLOVE your blog Jenna!!
I have a yoga question for you. Do you know of any good yoga dvd’s I could buy and do at home? I’ve bought a couple before but I tend to get bored easily so I was wondering if you’ve tried any out and had a favorite. Anyone else have good suggestions?

December 18, 2009 at 1:30 pmAndrea,
I don’t know of any good yoga dvds because I really have never tried any….I LOVE podcasts though and you can find free ones on itunes or pay a small amount from yogadownload.com ..both sources are great!

December 18, 2009 at 10:44 amGlad you are feeling better! Is your dad coming with your mom or is he coming later? You all need to be together this Christmas; I am so glad they are coming to see you for Christmas! And away from FL is a good idea too!
Have you had any of your green smoothies lately? They may help you get back on track as well! Can’t wait to try them myself!
Hope you enjoyed your class today and stay headache free!
