Rub the ribs all over with the garlic salt.
Place the trivet in your Instant Pot and pour the chicken broth in.
Stack the ribs into the Instant Pot on top of the trivet - it might be a tight squeeze!
Turn Instant Pot to MANUAL for 35 minutes. When the timer goes off, do a NPR (natural pressure release). Preheat your broiler to high.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and douse with barbecue sauce. Really, use a lot of sauce! I used the entire bottle for two racks of ribs. Get them good. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Broil for 5 minutes.
Serve ribs with additional barbecue sauce on the side!
