Using a spoon, peel both the ginger and turmeric. Grate each on a box grater like you would cheese.
Place the grated roots in a glass measuring cup and pour two cups of hot water over. Let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain into a jar and add the honey. Stir or shake well.
When you're ready to make iced tea, pour about 1/4 cup of this concentrate into a glass and add cold filtered water. The amount of water you add is dependent on how strong you like your tea. :) Add ice and enjoy!
This recipe makes about 1.5 cups of iced tea concentrate. It keeps in the fridge for about a week so make a big batch and drink up the benefits!
