Reply Laura (Starloz) July 8, 2010 at 9:58 pm Perfection Reply Anne July 9, 2010 at 1:34 am Two memories: the cinnamon buns my mum used to make on weekends when I was maybe 3-4 years – and which I can still totally remember, I think they will forever be the perfect type of cinnamon bun for me, doughy with gooey cinnamon, and fresh, still soft, frosting. The other memory is college, when I had moved away from home quite early and the canteen was serving up these cheapo, obscenely large cinnamon buns, sticky and huge, once a week, and if they didn’t sell all sometimes they’d save one for me because I was always willing to take free food off their hands, hahaha…(my newly-away-from-home-quisine wasn’t up to speed for the first…years). Sorry if that’s a long rant, it’s just – some foodstuffs are amazing for “sticking” to memories. 🙂 Reply Sami July 9, 2010 at 7:59 am That title goes for you and me both, sister 😉 Reply Allie Nic (Frisky Lemon) July 9, 2010 at 8:37 am Were those made from scratch? There’s a special place in my heart–er–stomach for drizzly frosting… Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyName * Email * Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
