Good Morning friends!
I’m in a bit of a rush this morning because I have a dentist appointment in 30 minutes that I have to rush to! For breakfast I had a half cup of this yummy cereal:
In probably a little less than a cup of Fage…..I just finished off the container!
This breakfast had a whopping 26 grams of protein in it so it should help me go far this morning! I’m going to need it since I’m a little tired from staying up and watching the game last night………..poor Buckeyes…..it was so close 🙁
I am re-making my sourdough bread today though! I’ve already made the dough from the starter and it is fermenting right now in a bowl on the stove. This time I was VERY careful to measure out exactly the right amount of salt and I added some toasted chopped walnuts to the dough as well! It should be yummy!! =)
I gotta run!!!

January 6, 2009 at 10:01 amHey girl,
I fell asleep before seeing your post last night but I have a quick question that hopefully you can help me with.
I admire your outlook on food and you inspire me daily. I love how you incorporate the foods that you want to eat (pizza, chocolate, wine) into your everyday life and you emphasize moderation.
I used to cut all of the fun things out in life all together and am slowly making my way back but I’m also learning to eat until I’m full and then stopping. So, we obviously have a small line to walk here. How do you eat in moderation but also eat until your full? Is it as simple as loading up on a salad before you eat a little alfredo pasta? Going a little easier on your next meal? Just staying a little hungry? I’m not quite sure how this is accomplished (why I cut it out all together..booo)
