Love the milkshake, what’s not to love..white choc and peppermint! I posted a few days ago about a cookie butter spread and white choc shake..yours sounds so good!
And I love the blue background (as always!) and have a blue one of my own. As well as brown, tan, white, cream, natural, and green…I went crazy and love them all. Thank you so much for the info
You make this difficult to resist since I am planning a trip to TJ tomorrow. I’d love to use anything that uses “Joe Joe’s.”
perfect dessert! Seriously it has everything amazing! Haha
Love the looks of that milkshake!
Yummmmmmm. Happy New Years Jenna! Cheers
Oh this looks delicious.
This. This is why I love you, Jenna!!
Yum! Happy New Year, Jenna!
Oh heck yes. Have a wonderful new years! (if these are involved i’d say it’s safe to assume that it’s a shoe-in that you will
)
I passed up that ice cream last time I was at TJ’s. Next time I may not be able to resist!
Congratulations on your recipe making it to pbs.org! I’ve got to make this milkshake, if not for nye then for some other time soon.

and in a milkshake?? i’ll take it! happy new year, Jenna!
Looks delicious and easy! My favorite combination!
Gotta love Trader’s Joe’s brand everything! I’ve never tried their ice cream but I bet it’d be delicious.. Happy almost New Year’s!
This is almost overwhelming – the marriage of white chocolate and peppermint flavors with the smooth, creamy consistency of a milkshake is such a magical thing. I don’t know if I’d be able to share
well, we no longer need to go to chickfila!
Thank you for ending my post Christmas detox. I think 4 days was long enough.
I’m not a huge fan of white chocolate but that looks and sounds amazing! I feel a sudden urge to drive 1 hour to the nearest Joe’s.
god this is delicious, made them 3days in a row! now i have a lot of running to do!
You never fail to come up with the naughtiest (most delicious) ideas. Trouble. Trouble. Trouble.
mmm sounds delicious! i looove white chocolate & peppermint! happy new year’s eve!
I’m glad I’m not one of those that gives up all the good stuff come January 1st, because I see one of these in my future!!
I left a comment on PBS but I’m not sure how often you check that so I thought I’d leave it here too! So, this is the first recipe of yours that I’ve made that hasn’t turned out. (Funny, since it’s one of the easiest. I managed the 100-ingredient chicken tikka masala somehow…) Anyway, my white chocolate chips didn’t melt, just turned into a warm thick paste. The chips were warm enough to melt the ice cream too much, leaving the shake too runny, but not warm enough to turn to liquid and blend into the drink. So it was really runny and the milk, ice cream, and chocolate all separated and then there were chocolate like…chunks at the bottom? It was edible, probably because I’m a lush, but it looked pretty rough. Vomit-like even.
Any suggestions on how to get the white chocolate chips to melt down to liquid next time?
bummer! I’m sorry about that! White chocolate burns really quickly, so the best advice I can give you is to maybe even try melting it over a double boiler so you can keep an eye on it better than the microwave. If the chocolate turned into a “paste” that means it got scorched in the microwave…super easy to do! I’d suggest putting the chocolate chips in a double boiler with simmering water and stir constantly until the chocolate has melted all the way—should be like melted chocolate consistency…then just put that in the milkshake.
Sounds good, thanks!!
