Salsa Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs boneless pork shoulder trimmed of excess fat
  • 15 oz salsa I used medium!
  • kosher salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. When hot, add the pork shoulder and brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper thoroughly.

  2. Place browned shoulder in your slow cooker and pour salsa on top. Place lid on slow cooker and cook on LOW for 10 hours.

  3. Shred pork and mix with salsa and juices. Use for tacos, burritos, enchiladas...anything you like! This is so good!
