Jenna, that was fantastic! You were terrific – I sense a food Network Show in your future! I can’t wait to make these, especially because you made them look so easy and good! Great job!
Can’t wait for the next episode…
i just ate at a really neat latin-tapas resturant with my husband.
they served a cake called ¨firecracker manzana cake¨
it was a spicy apple cake served with a sweet-spicy chile sauce.
just a little bit of cake and a little bit of sauce…enough to get a taste and satisfy the palate. i thought you might like the idea.
You are ADORABLE and totally rocked You really know your stuff, girl! I vote on a video every week! Haha, jk, though we’d all LOVE it, there’s no way I’d do that to you Thanks for the fun recipe!
Thank you so much! It was fun to watch. Even my 10 year old daughter watched. You did great. I just found your blog like a week ago, and it is just wonderful to see the healthy and fun stuff you eat and cook. I hope you do one on the nougatine too some time. Thanks again.
OMG Jenna your so awesome! Just the clip of mikan made me laugh.
I agree with everyone else, it’s nice to know what you really sound like. You really should consider auditioning for the next food network star, like seriously, you have such a great personality and all of us reader will be voting for you!
OMG- Jenna you are too cute! You seem so natural. Totally the next food network star! Yes, I’m still reading your blog lol- good for you for keeping it up! :0)
Great video! You did an excellent job. You inspired me to make marshmallos today. I dusted them with a combination of cocoa powder, confectioners sugar and cornstartch. Double yum! I wanted to put the cocoa powder in with the egg whites, but I wasn’t too sure if that would work. Thanks!
Thank you for the post, Jenna! I can’t wait to try making marshmallows someday. This gives me the perfect excuse to try a dessert recipe that incorporates marshmallows; I’m sure my boyfriend and other taste-testers will be extremely happy
Also, love the shoes…I have the same exact pair! Aren’t they comfortable?
To add: I totally agree with those who have encouraged you to audition for Next Food Network Star. Watching your video, that show popped right into my mind. You seem very natural in front of the camera, and you did a really good job of describing what you were doing in an articulate, but relatable, way. I think you have a great TV personality!

Adorable post! You are a natural, Jenna, and did a fantastic job–very personable, which I think is important for the Next Food Network Star.
I also adored the little shots of your attentive audience–Mikan, especially, and I thought I saw Dexter!
oh that was the little monster in the distance! He was staying clear of all the drama!

Everytime I click to watch the video it tells me that it’s no longer available…any ideas as to why? I really want to watch it!
