i just ate at a really neat latin-tapas resturant with my husband.
they served a cake called ¨firecracker manzana cake¨
it was a spicy apple cake served with a sweet-spicy chile sauce.
just a little bit of cake and a little bit of sauce…enough to get a taste and satisfy the palate. i thought you might like the idea.

Great video! You did an excellent job. You inspired me to make marshmallos today. I dusted them with a combination of cocoa powder, confectioners sugar and cornstartch. Double yum! I wanted to put the cocoa powder in with the egg whites, but I wasn’t too sure if that would work. Thanks!

Thank you for the post, Jenna! I can’t wait to try making marshmallows someday. This gives me the perfect excuse to try a dessert recipe that incorporates marshmallows; I’m sure my boyfriend and other taste-testers will be extremely happy π
Also, love the shoes…I have the same exact pair! Aren’t they comfortable?

To add: I totally agree with those who have encouraged you to audition for Next Food Network Star. Watching your video, that show popped right into my mind. You seem very natural in front of the camera, and you did a really good job of describing what you were doing in an articulate, but relatable, way. I think you have a great TV personality!
