Hi Jenna. Thanks for showing how to make marshmallows and for clarifying that the raw eggs do actually get cooked in the process. It was always one of my concerns. I will definitely make marshmallows in the near future and will use your video as a reference.

OMG I love this!! It is soooo cool to ‘see’ the person behind the blog. When I read blogs I always kinda mentally imagine what someone sounds like. Does that make me weird? ANyhow, we need more videos!! Nuff said :o)
great video! what kind of pan was that? It looked nice and heavy (I could use some good ones). I swear I’m trying this as part of re-creating those gourmet smores. MMMMM.
