I’m TIRED this morning! Thank goodness for extra strong french press coffee and SuperFood—a match made in heaven. 😉 I was originally going to go to the gym before work but….yeah….I’m still here on the floor wrapped up in a quilt near my heater. I’m going to pack my gym clothes and hopefully make it after work. We’ll see. I’m a slacker, I know.
Breakfast was overnight oats—
- 1/2 cup oats soaked in 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 banana
- naturally more pb
- maple syrup
It was a little chilly for cold oatmeal but….tasty nevertheless.
