Breakfast

Going Green

Good morning!!

Wow, what a weekend….and day yesterday! Another huge thank you to Adam as well as the folks at Matanzas Creek and Arrowood for hosting us so wonderfully. We had an absolute blast!

Last night Kath and I had a slumber party here in my little house in Healdsburg! It was FREEZING and for the first time, I opted to sleep with the heat on!

This morning, we had a breakfast on my famous floor. I made us Green Monsters to cleanse our systems after food and drink overload.

I used 1 banana, 1 scoop chocolate amazing meal, 1 cup milk, 1 huge handful spinach and 1 blob almond butter in each of our smoothies. And I am totally rocking my new favorite shirt that I got over the weekend. The back says “will work for tacos” and its awesome. 🙂

Kath and I are currently getting ready and then we are going for a walk to get some coffee! I promised I’d take her to the best coffee shop in the entire world. I’m taking her to the airport shuttle at 9:15, then I’m off to work for the day.

See you in a bit!!

Very nice to meet you this weekend!

You are very close by to me now- we try to make a trip to Napa/Sonoma at least twice a year, as well as Livermore and Santa Cruz wine country in between. We are spoiled in California, no?

If you are ever around the Peninsula, please drop me a line!

Wow, the photo of you toasting wine is stunning, the sunshine is beautiful!
Don’t you LOVE California? I grew up in NorCal and would take day trips to Napa/Sonoma, try to take a hot air balloon ride one of these days!
Now I live in Hollywood, CA and when I itch to get some good wine I head over to Santa Barbara or Solvang 🙂
Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
