Morning!
I woke up at the crack of dawn for some reason this morning. I just couldn’t keep my eyes shut. Guess that means I’ve had enough sleep, huh? And the one thing I couldn’t stop thinking about was pancakes…..
Nom nom nom this is a pancake made with my beloved Kodiak mix and topped with greek yogurt, almond butter, Kodiak berry syrup and pom seeds. Yep, I think this combo wins the prize for best toppings! I love how 1/2 cup mix always produces the perfect pancake that satisfies me completely.

I’m so excited for my day! Later this morning, I’m headed into the city and picking up first Adam and then later this afternoon, my mom. Adam from a business trip, my mom from Florida….and we are hopefully eating brunch here after BethT’s rave reviews. I LOVE San Francisco! Then, it’s back to Sonoma county and to a ” let’s get hot and sauced” holiday party (aka hot sauce gift exchange/hot tubbing/dance party) at Adam and Rocky’s house tonight. Should be a very interesting time….I’ve gotta go buy my hot sauce. 😉
Have a fantastic Sunday!

I got mine today and I’m totally gonna do the “Jenna Cake” – 1/2 cup mix topped with all those awesome toppings! I usually only do the greek yogurt and almond butter, but the syrup and pom adds so much!! SO pretty! Have fun later gorgeous!!! 🙂
