Oh No! Feeling Sick!

Since I last blogged this morning I have seem to go downhill! I feel terrible right now! Throat, head, stomach…nothing feels right so I’m pretty sure I’m coming down with something. I NEVER get sick (knock on wood) and I owe that to eating right and exercising. However, in the past couple days I haven’t gotten enough sleep, I’ve eaten sort of like crap and I haven’t done any yoga. All that put together is not a good combination! I drove back early from Tampa today and hit my favorite family-run Lebanese restaurant to pick up a hummus/tabbouli wrap for lunch. If I could eat one kind of food for the rest of my life (god forbid), it might have to be that! I love love love hummus wraps! I ate in the car on the way to the store and did a major grocery shop…feeling sicker the entire time! Now I’m home with a million things to put away, clean and do. I need some fruit in my diet today and am thinking a nice strawberry smoothie might be just the thing for a snack later….

    Feel better Jenna! I was feeling sick for a few days before Christmas, boo, no fun. You might just need a good rest, hopefully you’ll be back to health in no time! Oh and if you get a chance, please put up pics of your grocery trip and/or a list, I love to get an idea of what it takes to create all your delicious meals. Thanks! πŸ™‚

    Feel better soon!!! Smoothie sounds like just the thing – and a nap if you can!! Perhaps a cup of hot tea too!
