Hi Jenna, It sounds lovely. I feel a trip to the bookshop coming on this weekend (no kindle here . . .yet). I would recommend “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society” by MA Schaffer and A Barrows for a holiday read. It’s a relatively short novel and quite easy going but I found it truly charming (by the way Guernsey is an Island between England and France that was the only part of Britain occupied during the war).
