Things sure did get steamy today!
So, as y’all probably know by now, I’m in Scottsdale for a Thermador conference as they prepare to launch their brand new innovative steam and convection ovens. Today was pretty much like being in a giant IKEA kitchen section but getting to actually play with all the equipment around you.
I’m not complaining. While I, personally, am not in the market for any new kitchen appliances at the current moment (wahhh), it was still fun to dream. And eat delicious food. I now have a wish list going for a future house and going back to my hole in the wall apartment kitchen tomorrow evening will be cruel and unfortunate indeed.
Letting food bloggers loose in the ultimate test kitchen could be likened to releasing a puppy into the wild. If you actually released puppies into the wild, that is….which is something you should never do anyways. Just go with it.
