Also love your Vegan Lentil Walnut Loaf. I have made it several times since a friend shared your blog with me. I double the ingredients and make two. Sometimes I slice it up and wrap individual pieces and freeze. Then my family and I can make wonderful Lentil loaf sandwiches in a few minutes!! Tasty, healthy stuff.
