That milkshake..OMG. No words. Other than you crack me up..
I’m guessing no one would notice if you went to Target in your PJs.
Oh Jenna, you’re so lovely. I think if the people at Target couldn’t accept you in your pajamas, you should just ignore them and go anyways. I think I’ll change into my pajamas now, too.
I’ve made Spike’s milkshake before….and it is DELISH! You must try it…
I want the milkshake too. Now.
Hahah I love this list!
I would love to be drinking that milkshake.
i love how this is tagged as “awkward humor!”
totally go to target in your pjs! who careS!?!?
People are in public in their pajamas ALL the time.
I got orange blossom honey from the farmers market a few weeks ago and have been liberally spreading it on everything in sight since.
You don’t have kids but….most beverages around here are drank from sippy cups, Ive been to Target, the groc store, Rite Aid and many places in my pajamas, and the sad thing…is that I dont even care what people’s reactions are!! haha!
So I just covered a couple items on your list.
And b/c I have a child, I dont have time to read grown up books anymore. Enjoy yours, looks great!!!
You are too funny. Cute post!
I know everyone is commenting on that milkshake, but all I could think about after reading your list is that I hope you have a fire extinguisher in your apartment. :p
I am loving your blog so much. I’ve been reading for a while and your writing has just really progressed so much and gotten even better than it was. Plus, you’re super cute and funny. Love it! Love you! Oh, can I just say I am eating your lentil walnut loaf as I type – best thing ever. My stomach loves you too.
So rock on in your pjs.
jenna, please send nutella. STAT.
love
Heather
does your mom need to hire you a nanny?
I hope you don’t burn your apt down!
This post is great.
That is all.
I’ve made that milkshake! And it was, in fact, fairly life changing
I find myself setting things on fire while cooking quite often – for some reason I have a tendency to put print-outs of recipes on burners and then accidentally turn on the wrong one
Going to Target in your pajamas is perfectly acceptable – you can confirm with Jen – in college she regularly wore her pajamas to class.
I’m pretty sure I’ve SEEN people at Target in their P.J.’s! LOL! I think you’d be safe:)
Now I have, “My milkshake brings all the boys to the yaaaard” in my head!!
Going to Target in your PJs is no big thang! I’ve certainly done it once… or twice
I enjoyed the randomness of this post!
Me too…I needed it.
lol a stray piece of brie cheese… That makes me laugh.
I would totally go to Target in my pj’s. I’ve done it many times… Although I refrain from doing that to Walmart… I’d hate to be on peopleofwalmart.com.
I can only imagine wearing PJs to a store would make me feel like I am in a bad dream, like one where you go to work and realize you forgot your pants or bra…
I’m currently obsessed with that milkshake too
Your poor cookbook!!!
I guess it depends what your pajamas look like…
Yoga pants and a hoody = acceptable
Huge mickey mouse face, maybe not so much….but who really cares anyways?!
I just looked at my husband and stated “I need you to go to the store for vanilla icecream and marshmallows.” He gave me a look of delight and fear that read what does she want to make now. I followed with, “I just read about toasted marshmallow milkshakes and have to make them!” He responded, “I love you.” At least he indulges me even if he won’t go to the store.
Target + PJ’s = perfectly normal.
Currently addicted to: Your blog..
I have been known to rock pj’s every now and then like to TJ’s and WFoods! I love it too because people are so into fashion in my neck of the woods so I get the glare sometimes, which makes me laugh. I just love being comfortable and happy.
Wow, that milkshake looks incredible. I’m tempted to try it with Coconut Bliss and maybe even mint chocolate chip icecream for a pepperminty kick.
Um, love this post.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom/witticisms/cuteness…and I wanted to go to BnN in my jammers (PINK sweatpants, AA deep-v) to read but decided a book at home and hot apple cinnamon tea didn’t sound too bad.
Sometimes, wearing jammie pants is the only way I can get myself and kids to the store when I’m in need of ingredients for whatever I’m craving at that moment! Sure, it’s fine!!
Haha, last year I went to class in PJs, Uggs, and a sweatshirt. My mom’s response: “IF YOUR FATHER KNEW WHAT YOU WERE WEARING…!”
So ready for Christmas.
Thank you for the randomness. You have officially made my day. Again.
The milkshake looks delishhh! And out of a sippy cup? So legit.
You don’t go to Target in your PJs? I thought that was normal… :/
Not to help feed the cookbook habit or anything… but, I just was on eziba.com (a new shopping site that has a few speacial deals each day and is free to join with login info) that their deal today is lots of fun looking professionalish cookbooks. I thought of you instantly: http://www.eziba.com/store.html?sale_id=1242
Love your new writing style!
Totally random and irrelevant to this post question – where did you get your purse in this post?
http://eatliverun.com/welcome-to-chucktown/
I second the milkshake in sippy cup idea! Wish I was home on my couch watching Cooking Channel and kicking back with one of those…in my pj’s.
Jenna! Quick question:
I see that you love your Silpat. I don’t bake but roast veggies in oil all the time- would it be good for that?
Thanks so much.
