SATC was ever better the second time around! My mom came prepared with movie snacks—dark chocolate squares, almonds, walnuts and fruit. Aren’t we cute?! I had two squares of the chocolate, some nuts and a banana. She loved the movie of course and I’m so glad we got to go together. A very fun, relaxing afternoon.
After the movie Ryan and I went out to pizza at our favorite pizza place here in town. We were going to make our own but in the end, I was all dressed up and wanted to go out (after having a glass of white wine here) , so we decided to go out instead and sit outside and eat pizza. We ordered 2 12″ pizzas. I got a cheeseless pizza with onions, spinach, mushrooms, banana peppers and black olives on it with extra sauce. Its a miracle I didn’t get any on my new dress! Ryan ordered pepperoni and cheese of course :). We also split a greek salad, cheese on Ryan’s half, and on my half I just had lettuce, black olives, peppers and red onions. I had four slices of my smallish pizza and all my salad. I also had a glass of red wine, which was a MUCH larger pour than I anticipated! They must have given me like a cup of wine instead of a normal pour. I felt a little spacey afterwards to say the least. Haha.
I’m headed to bed now because I have to wake up early to get my car to the honda place to get my oil changed then get back to Orlando. Here’s to the start of another week!
Ryan went fishing while I was in the movies. Look at the fish he caught! He threw it back after the picture was taken.

I meant to ask you about the Evos Soy Burger and “Air Fries”… Do you find that your digestion is not as roughed up by eating those fries / You don’t feel like the grease is all over your face after this meal? I know you’re not the type of person to eat food that would make you feel that way, but do you know what I mean? Haha, just curious… And the Evos buns always look SO fresh to me! Do you have Maoz Vegetarian near you? (http://www.maozusa.com/) — Their website is super super cute and enthusiastic!
Oh man it’s so FABULOUS! Falafel meets a Fast Food place that has a BEAUTIFUL complimentary salad bar with grilled veggies, big beautiful olives (green+black!), all different peppers, chickpeas and a variety of other beans, beets, roasted veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, etc.) fresh and delicious couscous, avocado, guacamole, fresh veggies, etc. And it’s SUPER CHEAP! Like Jenna you would LOVE it! I mean, clearly I don’t (wink wink), but I think you would! There is also a link on their website to their flickr photo group and there are tons of great pictures of the food 🙂
(PS) If there isn’t one near you, I feel really bad for this comment 😉

Those fries are actually BAKED not FRIED so there is zero oil!! That’s the best part about the fries…I never feel guilty eating them because of that! I know what you mean though…burger king fries would make me feel like a pile of grease, for sure.
I have not seen a Maoz vegetarian place near me ever! I will have to look at that website…thanks! 🙂
