Jenna, I used to see ‘Tommy’s Joynt’ all the time in the decade ++ I lived in San Franciso and never went–too many choices and always something new, to. Just saw it reviewed on the Food Network and now am I ever sorry didn’t go while there and now here in Carmel dreaming of the lamb shanks, chili, etc. Fabulous! So FYI thought you might want to hit it when in SF. Very colorful, one of oldest restaurants in SF, and the owner is very cool: http://www.tommysjoynt.com/
I just had to comment on the beautiful pics you posted earlier. What serenity! Better than the slush we got where I am today. Look forward to more soon!
Jenna – have some fun in the city for me too! It’s cold and just getting colder here in the midwest. 🙁 I need a good run like nobody’s business… Miss ya girl!

I read your blog regularly and know that you have a very strong faith, which is why I wanted to ask you for your prayers. There is a little boy in my community who has been missing since 2pm Saturday. He is a non-verbal autistic boy who followed his dog into the woods shortly before a snowstorm overnight and this morning. If you could please keep him in your thoughts and prayers that he’ll be found safely, I would truly appreciate it.
You could search Bring 7 year old James Delorey home safe!! on facebook for more information as there are crews searching all night and volunteer searchers returning at 6am Monday.
Thank you so much for even a simple prayer! Even though I don’t personally know the boy, I have two neighbours who are autistic and it touches me deeply that any child is missing but that autism makes it that much harder to find him as they are generally scared of loud noises, lights, strong smells, strange people, etc.
