Eat, Live, Run Holiday Gift Guide

Hey guys!

I am excited to share some of my holiday picks with you all today. I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately on toys for toddlers and we are getting our kids for Christmas. Luke is still so little that anything really goes, but we are excited to surprise the boys with a few things on Christmas morning. 😉 Adam and I usually don’t buy each other gifts, really. We prefer to save for weekends away. I did include a few “dude things” though on this list…all that have been Adam approved.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! We are taking the kids to see Santa this weekend and I am SO excited but, as Grayson said, “I am excited to see Santa but baby Luke will probably be scared”. Yes, probably so. Follow along with on Insta Stories to see how it all turns out!

Everlane Weekender Bag

I always feel like luggage is a really great gift and personally LOVE this bag. It has seen me through many weekend trips (and to the hospital for the birth of both my kids!). It holds up very well and is just such a classic beauty.

Everlane Men’s Street Backpack (large)

I actually got this for Adam last year and he really loves it! He takes it to work every day and also takes it on short trips. Somehow he manages to pack his laptop, shoes, clothes and toiletries in it for business trips?! I don’t know how that is possible but he does it and he loves it. Over the years, most of his “work bags” have fallen apart but this one looks new and its a year old. I think this is a GREAT gift idea for a guy (and only $48!!).

Instant Pot

Naturally, you and yours need an Instant Pot. I couldn’t live without mine these days. It just comes in so darn handy during the week…I seriously don’t know what I would do without it (and I used to be such a skeptic!). You can really make everything in this. I love it especially for oats, rice and homemade yogurt!

Chemex Glass Coffeemaker

Get this for the coffee aficionado in your life. We love ours and use it pretty much daily! I love the beautiful design and it looks great sitting on the counter (and makes darn good coffee).

Grimms Large Rainbow Stacker

I posted this on my Insta Stories a while ago and you guys all asked me about it! Truthfully, I can’t believe I paid so much for a wooden toy (I think I paid, like, $80, which is pretty ridiculous) BUT I will tell you that this is the most well loved and played with toy we own. We keep it out by window and it’s really pretty to look at. The boys love stacking it into a tall tower, into a tunnel for their cars… into a rat cave (??! this was Grayson’s latest idea).

Magna Tiles

This is literally ALL Grayson wants for Christmas and it’s what he is getting. 🙂 I have put off buying them until now but they really are such a neat toy and inspire creativity. I am so excited to surprise him with this on Christmas morning!

Hape Play Toaster

I don’t know what it is about this little green toaster, but it has always been one of Grayson’s favorite things. The little wooden honey is adorable, too! So fun if you have little foodie kids.

Brio Train Set

My parents are getting the boys a train table for Christmas and we are getting a few accessories. I have wanted to get a train table for the boys since…I found out I was having a boy. lol. 😉 I am SO excited to put the whole thing together and surprise the kids. Luke is getting so into trains and it’s so cute!!

1,000 Things to Eat book

I posted this book once on Instagram and you guys went crazy for it! I still get asked about it all the time…and for good reason – it’s absolutely adorable and my boys love it. I like keeping it at the kitchen table and looking for the foods we are eating at mealtime to show them. There’s a chance I actually like this book more than my kids. 😉

Tartine Bread

Here’s my bread bible! I love this book and it taught me so much about making sourdough at home.

Banneton Proofing Baskets

For the avid baker in your life…I love these beautiful baskets! These are what I use when I bake at home and they only get better in time as they become more “seasoned”.

Beautycounter Eyeshadow Palette

I adore this gigantic eyeshadow palette so much. It’s all I use now! The colors are gorgeous and this would be such a wonderful gift. It’s really all you need in your makeup bag in terms of eyeshadows!

Rebecca J Designs Necklace

I absolutely adore all of her stuff because they are “baby-friendly”, which means your little one won’t be able to tug and break your necklace (and also it’s not made out of harmful metals). I love the clean, modern designs and how great all of her necklaces look over a simple t-shirt.

Tigist Leather Clutch from ABLE

I have this clutch and love it! It’s the perfect size for a few essentials and the leather is gorgeous (and ages beautifully. I have had mine for years and it still looks wonderful). I have always loved and supported the mission of this company and can personally attest that they are the real deal.

My 3 year old received the Magnatiles for her birthday and its one of the only toys she plays with now. It inspires so much creativity and the ways to play with them are endless. I think Grayson will love them. 🙂

Love the list thank you! I watched your IG story on the 2 jeans that you love – madwell ans another brand? Would you share the links to those pairs? I’m on the hunt for super stretchy comfortable jeans and remember thinking THOSE! 😉 And then probably didn’t buy…or write down. Thanks for all that you share! Love every bit.

Thank you for sharing that jewelry designer – there’s some really gorgeous pieces on her site. I’ll have to hint for my birthday in January because I see a few pieces I wouldn’t mind giving a new home to! 😉
