Ending in Love

Well, Ryan even though he was quite hungover, STILL managed to kick my booty on the tennis courts today! What in the world went wrong??!!

Maybe it was the fact that despite I played on my school time for four years, I hadn’t even picked up a racket in six years. Now that we found these super nice courts only about 2 miles away, we will definitely be back more often! I love tennis and we definitely got a workout in as well!

Look at the gorgeous view of our skyline!

In total, we played for an hour and 15 minutes and then after, we hit up Greenwise for pizza! Here are my two slices—one with goat cheese and mixed veggies and the other with mozzarella cheese and mixed veggies. Note that I also ate Ryan’s crust! I have NO self control when it comes to pizza crust!……….and chocolate chip cookie dough, apparently, because I totally just snatched a small wad out of the fridge. And, yes, we are still in the cookie making operation over here. When does it end??

Man…..work is going to be TOUGH tomorrow since I’ve had the last four days off. I’m pretty tired right now though and hoping to get in bed by 8:30 tonight. And then tomorrow starts Valentine’s Day week! I love it! It’ll be Ryan and my first valentine’s day together and I’m super excited. =)

Have a wonderful evening and a super start to your Valentine’s week tomorrow! I will see you after work!

I just had a great time reading through your whole weekend recap. Looked like a fun weekend–spent time with family, ate ice cream, played tennis. Hope you were able to sleep last night and work wasn’t too horrific waking up for this morning!

I am jealous of your beautiful day outside…in SHORTS, nonetheless! Looks like fun!

I, too, have no control when it comes to pizza crust! Fortunately for me (or not!) none of my kids eat their crust. We had pizza for lunch yesterday and I think I had 4 or 5 pieces of crust, and no actual pizza! teehee Rediculous I know. And I’m wondering how I’ve gained 11 lbs. on chemo?

Have a great Valentine’s week! Bake something yummy!
