It’s that time again! Here’s a little list, in no particular order, of what I’m loving now.
These small gold stud earring by Lisa Leonard! Adam got them for me for Valentine’s Day and gave them to me a few days early. 🙂 I LOVE them!
The Balm Put a Lid On It. I’ve always had an issue with eyeshadow creasing throughout the day, but ever since I started using this product daily, my eye makeup has lasted all day long without a single crease. I just have a sample size right now (got it in my January Birchbox!) but will definitely be purchasing the full size when I run dry.
FlipKey. FlipKey is a vacation rental finder service brought by the folks at TripAdvisor. Adam and I are actually using them for our honeymoon so I will report back in June to let you know how it all went down in Europe!
DaySpring Journals. A bunch of you have asked where I got the journal I feature on Instagram all the time to share my She Reads Truth devotions. I actually got that particular journal from a friend {thank you, Kristen!!}, but the most similar journals I’ve found can be found here {there should be a leather “travel” journal on that page that’s incredibly similar, if not the same, as mine}. I also own a bunch of stationary from DaySpring and love it as well!
This post by Jami Nato. I found myself nodding my head along while reading. This girl gets it. I read her blog whenever I need a good gospel spanking…which, let’s be honest, is pretty much everyday.
This post by Coconut Robot. Kacia is hosting a challenge to completely fund the adoptions of eight children in Ethiopia this month. She wrote a post about it that literally made me cry…that girl has the biggest heart of anyone I know.
These three-ingredient cookies n’ cream truffles I posted last week on PBS Food. They are still lurking in my freezer and I.can’t.stop.eating.them. Nor do I want to! These would be the perfect lil’ treat on Thursday {or any day}.
This adorable painting by Melody Joy. I don’t have it…but I want it. I have one of Melody Joy’s homemade cowls and love that, too. This girl is seriously talented!
Stella & Dot Dakota Earrings. These are just fabulous. I got them before I realized I couldn’t wear dangly earrings until the end of April {I just got my ears pierced in December!} so now I just have to stare at them every day for the next couple months. Fail. But seriously, the photos don’t do these pretty little things justice — they are show stoppers and I can’t wait to wear them later this Spring!
This month I’m also loving walks outside with friends, strong black tea with milk and sugar, chewy ginger cookies from Peet’s around 3pm, the book of Corinthians, steak on the grill, long heart talks with girlfriends, handwritten notes, green coconut curry, eager anticipation for May and hot pink toenails.

I’ve always thought about doing that as a holiday option but I think in order to enjoy it, you’d have to be using a reputable company to make sure everything goes smoothly. Ooh and the journals: Thank you for mentioning them!! I’m almost at the end of mine and need to get a new one asap!

Given your sense of style, I was wondering if you knew that Topshop is now in a bunch of Nordstrom’s stores here in the US. Bought a couple things while I was in London over the summer, and I just discovered that they’re in the Valley Fair mall down here in the South Bay . . . February 13, 2013 at 5:22 pmWill have to see if I can get The Balm in Canada … I use Mac’s “paint” eyeshadow … It’s in a little tube that last MONTHS … In a neutral colour. Problem? Well. Not really but it lasts so long I almost have to scrape it off w/eye makeup remover.
So if you can’t get The Balm I swear by it (and shhh as I’m a Mary Kay rep I shouldn’t admit I use it vs their primer!)
