The Christmas eve caramel brie with crackers and champagne sounds right up my alley. I’m so impressed. I’m going to show this to my Mom… she’s a great cook too, but she mainly sticks with the Southern basics she knows like the back of her hand. Maybe I’ll suggest we can cook some new recipes together.
