Friends, meet Riley.

I know what you’re thinking and stop it! Riley is not fat, he is just fluffy.

He does, however, love to eat. Especially pasta with cream sauce and soft Italian bread.

Riley was starting to get made fun of by the other neighborhood dogs for all his fluff so we hired my mother as his personal trainer. But he would rather just……eat.

Tonight we took a long, hard jog around the neighborhood. We almost didn’t make it. But Riley was determined. Is it just me or does my mom resemble a circus trainer here with Riley the lion?

Welcome to Wisconsin!

Sarah for Real

May 6, 2010 at 5:42 pmAWWW! What a pretty dog. I think its official…when you move to your new place you HAVE to get a dog as a house warming…and so that Dexter wont be so lonely while your gone. Makes sense right?

May 6, 2010 at 7:34 pmHaha that dog is so stinkin’ cute!! He reminds me of my grandparent’s dog named “Candy.” Named appropriately so because they always fed her lollipops. Fluffy and happy.

May 6, 2010 at 9:09 pmRiley is so cute! Is he old? He has that old wise look about him.
SallyH @ acountablelife.wordpress.com
May 6, 2010 at 9:41 pmYes, how old is Riley? That often determines just how “fat” a Golden looks. They get awfully lumping with age. Anyway, enjoy our fair state! Too bad it is cold as heck here right now.

May 6, 2010 at 10:30 pmAAhhhh look at that face!
