Tuesday night is now girls night around here and I thought what better chic food than this?
In my opinion, pork is the new veggie plate, the new stuffed mushrooms and the new Asian chicken salad.
Let’s be friends?

May 24, 2011 at 2:07 pmMy current roommate is a vegetarian, bless her heart, but I am so over being around it. I want to sprinkle crumbles of bacon on my maple ice cream without judging eyes…
Also, BBQed pulled pork made in a slow cooker with ROOT BEER being the only other ingredient besides BBQ sauce…? Best pork-based decision I’ve ever made.
