I’m sore where people should never, ever (ever) be sore and haven’t eaten a single fruit or vegetable for the past four days.
It feels wildly rebellious.
I’m ready for a hot tub, a broccoli stalk and my mommy.
Enjoy our photos—I’ve missed all of you dearly!

December 13, 2010 at 7:39 amAhhh that beach in Tahoe looks amazing! What a perfect winter picture. I seriously want to frame that and hang it over my couch in the game room.
And it LOOKS like oats taste better in Tahoe. Why don’t mine ever look that delicious?

December 13, 2010 at 7:49 amWow, those are some awesome pic’s. I went to Vail this summer just to look around (gorgeous!!!), and on the lift I was completely confused as to how people ever determined that it would be a great idea to go down these huge mountains on a stick or two. Kudos on your bravery (to say the least), girl!

December 13, 2010 at 9:09 amThe gondola is so much better. The chair lift is too slow and gets too cold & windy. Your pictures look like you had so much fun! I love snowboarding!

December 13, 2010 at 10:15 amVacations will wreck your diet. Even when I have a well executed plan I almost always falter. So, i’ve decided to just enjoy the vacations and indulge 🙂 I will detox upon returning! Just got back from a week long cruise, didn’t eat very healthy at all, but allowed myself to enjoy it!

December 13, 2010 at 1:59 pmWinter Wonderland! Ski trips are meant for warm, comforting foods (and drinks 😉 ). The only broccoli necessary should be in a big bowl of soup or chilly with a crusty bread and butter on the side 🙂

December 13, 2010 at 2:41 pmThat looks like such a fun vacation! I love ice skating, even if it always takes me a couple rounds to get my “ice legs”. I can’t wait until we have our first snow!

December 13, 2010 at 2:51 pmOh! Oh! I have a shop apparently (Heidi’s)!! How fabulous 🙂 I can imagine that oats do taste more amazing when it is freezing cold outside! I’m still eating them now in my Australian Summer though. Never had a smores or a waffle either – can you believe it?
It looks like such a magical place! I think you should definitely keep those twig glasses. very fashion forward.
