    This is an awesome ab workout! Your moves are all my favourites now 🙂 I hope you post more workout demo videos and maybe even more yoga poses or a yoga video, this one was incredible!

    Thanks for sharing this workout! I’m always looking for some new moves to add to my routine so I can keep challenging my muscles and not get bored with workouts. I can’t wait to try these exercises out and feel the burn!

    Jenna, I just tried this a few weeks ago and LOVED it. I’ve been using it in the classes I teach at the gym and everyone’s abs are killing them – in a good way! Thanks! I’d love to see more of your routines!

    m too much dpresed due to my stomach faty that keeps me unconfident as wel as extrmly upset. i decided to do cycling but i dont know wether it ‘ll be useful or not to reduce my beelly lower. plz advise. shal be v thnkful to u. kindly send advise on my email
