I just had to show yall one of Ryan’s desserts last night….and when I say one of, I mean that he had two

He took one of the homemade vegan spelt chocolate chip cookies that I made last night and topped it with chocolate So Delicious coconut milk ice cream, peanut butter and dark chocolate sauce! Can you even believe its vegan?!

This morning I had a GM!

I used:

1 frozen banana
1 scoop Amazing Grass wheatgrass
1 scoop Sun Warrior brown rice protein
about 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
1 scoop peanut butter
about 3 cups spinach

I sure missed my Amazing Meal addition but never to fear, I have tracked my package and it should be arriving on my doorstep today! This didn’t taste bad with regular protein powder in it but its so easy just to add one thing and be set on BOTH greens and protein.

I also had some Yogi Active Body Green Tea

I’m thinking swimming might be on the agenda this morning. See you for lunch!

What is the ONE beauty product you just can’t live without? For me its my Ole Henriksen spf 30 face sunscreen. I adore that stuff!

hmmm… tough question. I could live without all of them, but if I had to pick something it would be the Dove sensitive skin face lotion I use.

I really love my Nuetragena Age-Defying Sunscreen SPF 70!! Ever since using my face is so much brighter and even-toned!! Oh and I also can’t live without some sort of lip balm, preferably Chapstick

one beauty product? that’s hard! i guess it would actually be neutrogena sunscreen (spf 70!) with helioplex – my skin is insanely pale, and this is the only sunscreen that has ever kept me from turning into a lobster! i love my peace by kenzo perfume too!

Hmmm…. technically I could live without everything. BUT, I’m going to say deodorant! On a more frivolous note I love my Cargo blush in Rome and my Nanette Lepore perfume.

Is a toothbrush a beauty product? I do wash my face with Neutrogena Visibly Even 2x a day and put on moisturizer with sunscreen, but I’m just getting used to using anything other than soap, so I could probably still live without them!

hm one thing I couldn’t live without? Does my flat iron count? I don’t wear many products at all, I’m going to have to agree with D- WATER. When you live in Central TX and it’s already 104 degrees, you need WATER! haha Good question. I’m really looking into bare minerals, I know you use it- maybe it’ll be my fav NEW product soon

I would definitely say my mascara!! I’m a redhead, and my eyebrows are totally blonde. If I don’t have on mascara, you can even see my eyes!

I think for me it would have to be any deep moisture facemask/creams..usually I use oatmeal cream (nature gate I believe)

I found Amazing Meal at Whole Foods in a single-serving packet and I’m SO excited to try it! I also found Sunshine Falafel burgers, too! It was my lucky night! One beauty product I love is ShiKai Borage Dry Skin Therapy eye cream. I read somewhere that the one product every woman should use is eye cream, and it has really reduced my “smile lines” and made my eyes look bigger and brighter!

One beauty product–that really is a tough one! But I guess one that I use everyday is not so much a beauty product (I don’t wear makeup every single day–SHOCKER!), but perfume oil! I became addicted to this perfume oil when I was 16 years old and have been using it ever since. I think I have 3-4 vials of Egyptian Goddess at any given time around my house.

I always use my Dermalogica Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15 EVERY SINGLE DAY! Even if I don’t do my whole face up with make-up at least I have a moisturizer on with SPF and my skin tone looks even! ITS AMAZING and you can get it at PIA Esthetics Day Spa on Bay to Bay in S Tpa! LOVE THAT STUFF!!!

Hard to pick just one beauty product….but I would have to say my mascara. I at least need that, although I’m a full makeup gal. I’ve been wearing mascara since the 6th grade!

oh and I love my Energizing Pomegraate Lip Protector with SPF 15 by Murad. Love Love Love it. Lately I have been putting it on over my Outlast Lipstain in shade 400. It works great cause I like my lips alot and it doesnt come off right away!

Definitely mascara and chapstick! Although during the summer months I couldn’t get by without my Neutrogena SPF 70 spray sunscreen – I LOVE the spray can so that you can apply it quickly and it’s not goopy – and it works really well, too!!

Hmm… I tend to switch up my products a lot to try new products, but I really love my Covergirl undereye concealer. Definitely a lifesaver when a sleepless night comes around.

That dessert looks to die for! Chocolate and peanut butter is my all time favorite combination.

I have 2 products I can’t live without. Some Kind of Gorgeous makeup by Benefit is the best ‘foundation’ I’ve ever used. I use very little and it’s so light but covers great. I also just bought Rusk Bright Shampoo. It’s done wonders for my highlights.

The only beauty products I’ve been really happy with lately are my MAC eye shadows. I don’t wear them very often, but those bright colors are perfect for a fun night out.

I use a Burt’s Bees mint foot creme on my feet after running. Helps keep them soft and in good shape!

Wow, Ryan’s dessert looks so decadent, yet it’s somewhat healthy! I’m so excited for my Amazing Meal to come .

A favorite beauty produce as of now is actually a cheap one–Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer spf 20. Covers spf, moisture, and a sheer tint all in one. I’m all about multi-tasking .

I love Ryan’s cookie. It looks like something MY Ryan (husband) would do.

My must have is Victoria Principal moisturizers. I’m allergic to almost everything skin-wise and I was having burning sensations when water touched my face (sweat, shower – any water). Finally, my mom convinced me to use her Victoria Principal and voila. Problem solved within days! I guess moms know what they’re talking about after all!
